Coach's Comments

In an important section game in front of a large home crowd, the Panthers roared back from a 15 - 6 first quarter deficit to defeat the ranked Rochester Rams in a section game. We entered the fourth quarter tied, and Tatum McKelvey hit two big baskets to spark the Panthers to victory. Olivia Ryder hit the basket to put us ahead for good with about a minute to play, and Sam Smith made crucial free throws down the stretch. In the third quarter Alyssa Winters hit several important shots for us. Theresa Wilson was steady all evening from the point.
