Whether you are a current or prospective student/family, we welcome you to join us and see how Sewickley Academy operates. Experience the Academy in action via one of the following events throughout the year.

Experience Campus

  • Individual Campus Tours

    If you would like to tour the Sewickley Academy campus and learn about faculty and student life, this is an excellent opportunity and can take place anytime during your admissions process. Please email admissions@sewickley.org to set up a tour.

  • Shadow Days (Grades 1–12)

    All students applying for Grades 1-12 complete a Shadow Day. A Shadow Day consists of the prospective student spending the school day in their current grade. They attend classes and then complete a screening session with an admissions director. This is a great way to experience a day in the life of a Sewickley Academy student (recess, cafeteria, teachers, etc.) Please email admissions@sewickley.org to set up a Shadow Day.

  • Community Open House: October 4, 2025

    10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Classic Car Show & Campus Festivities

  • Fall Adventures 2025 (Ages 3-6)

    Looking for a way to enjoy autumn mornings outside? Come play with us in the Sewickley Academy Garden! These adventures are free and designed especially for little ones and their adults to enjoy together.
     
    Children between the ages of three and six are invited to use all of their senses to interact with nature and explore natural materials, scavenger hunts, nature art, and limitless imaginative play.
     
    Each session is 90 minutes and is led by Sewickley Academy Educators who provide just the right balance of guidance and encouragement in a safe and nurturing environment.
     
    In the event of rain, the program will be canceled.

  • Winter Adventures 2026 (Ages 3-6)

    Looking for a way to enjoy Saturday mornings with your little one? Come play with us in the Early Childhood building. These adventures are free and designed especially for little ones and their grown ups to enjoy together.
