Welcome, rising Grade 6 & Grade 7 students!
In Grades 6 and 7, we want you to read what is right for YOU! Summer is a great time to explore your interests and think about yourself as a reader. This summer, we hope you’ll read as much as you can—every day! We designed the categories below to inspire you to think about different kinds of reading.

Your Task:
Read 4 books, each from a different category below.
These really are just suggestions, not every book is a good fit for every student based on reading level, maturity, and family values. Feel free to use these suggestions or to branch out and find something on your own!
