Health Care
Sewickley Academy has partnered with Independence Blue Cross Blue Shield to provide health insurance to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents. The coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following the employee's hire date. We offer our employees a choice between a super-rich traditional PPO plan and a high-deductible plan, both of which include vision coverage at no extra cost. The high-deductible plan also offers a premium-free option.

At our school, we believe in empowering our employees to build a strong financial foundation for their retirement. That's why we offer a comprehensive retirement package consisting of both school and employee contributions to a 403(b) plan, managed by TIAA.

Paid Time Off

Maternity and Parental Leave 
All eligible employees who have a newborn child are eligible for up to twelve weeks of FMLA and are also eligible for up to six weeks of paid parental leave.
