Coach's Comments
After a great day of basketball with the day long fund raiser tournament to fight cancer, our players were inspired to play. The 5:00 game featuring our alumni basketball players was great motivation for our current players as they witnessed excellent play, toughness, and fun camaraderie.
Sharing the basketball, running the court, and tough defense highlighted an excellent victory over Central Catholic. Teddy and Matt stepped up big after we took precautionary methods with Declan to prevent further injury. Justin, Nate, Chris, Dave , Isiah, and Isaiah demonstrated a skilled combination of dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense against a talented Central team.
It was a tremendous day as both the girls and boys basketball parents showed the SA spirit with an incredible effort in turning the lobby and concession stand area into a market of incredible cuisine.
