So Much to See at SA

The 2022-23 academic year has been all about advancement. There have been many articles in the "Campus News" and the "SA in the News" sections of our website sharing the achievements of our students, faculty, and staff. With so much excellence happening all around us, it's important for our facilities to grow right along with our people. If you haven't been to campus this year, here's what you've been missing.
  1. All visitors are welcomed into the School Center that now has an updated and modern feel. The reception desk has been relocated, more seating is available, and the display cases feature fantastic Sewickley Academy memorabilia.
  2. There's an all new Admissions Suite for meeting with interested students and their families.
  3. Both cafeterias got new flooring and the MS/SS cafeteria took on a whole new look with brand new tables and seating as well.
  4. The Panthers Performance and Wellness Center offers enhanced physical fitness and wellness for all students, faculty, and staff with state-of-the art equipment and technology.
  5. Classrooms in the Oliver Building have been renovated to include a high-tech computer science room featuring a "living wall," a hy-flex multi-purpose classroom, and two rooms dedicated to robotics -- one for the Middle School Lego robotics learning and the other dedicated to the Senior School focus of robotic design, coding, and building.
  6. A fantastic new playground was unveiled at the end of February for our students and community to enjoy. It's absolutely awesome how it takes advantage of the landscape to add extra layers of fun for all.
  7. Campus security has been enhanced both inside and outside of the buildings.

Check the feature article from the Sewickley Herald by reporter Mike DiVittorio after he participated in our special campus tour. A Facebook Live tour is also available for viewing. Want to see it all for yourself? Schedule a visit with Admissions.
