Girls Lacrosse Defeats Latrobe 1st Round WPIAL
Congratulations to the varsity girls lacrosse team for defeating Latrobe 23 - 3 in the first round of the WPIAL Tournament. Junior Sydney Larsen dominated at the draw controls as freshmen Elsa Gordon and Emma DiSantis each scored five goals. Freshman Ellie Hughes scored 4 goals including one on an assist from her sister, Katie. Goalie Jill Pollon saved 5 of 8 shots for a very strong percentage of 63 save rate.
