Coach's Comments

On a hot and sunny day in Sewickley, the Panthers played host to a section game against OLSH.  Sewickley gave up some early opportunities to OLSH and unfortunately paid the price as OLSH scored the first goal of the game, however, Sewickley came back to take the lead 2-1 late in the first half.  Scoring the goals were Thomas Yung and Rees Blaylock.  The lead was only secured for a short period of time as OLSH found the back of the net on a penalty shot late in the half, tying the score 2-2.  But Sewickley didn't give up and scored on a penalty as well to take the lead 3-2.  Scoring the goal was Alex Gordon.  Both teams had more chances to score, but neither team could tally another goal.  Good win gentleman.
