During the summer, we invite families to come to campus for a “talk & tour,” which typically takes about an hour. These can be scheduled Monday – Thursday between 8 a.m. and noon.
In the essence of time, student interviews for applicants to Grades 5-12 can be scheduled immediately following the “talk & tour.” Interviews typically take about 15 minutes. Applicants to Grades PK-4 need to be screened by an admission director. This session takes about 75 minutes, and can be scheduled to take place on the same day as the “talk & tour” or arranged on a separate day.
To schedule a visit or screening, contact Wendy Berns in the Office of Admission at firstname.lastname@example.org or 412-741-2235.
Shadow Day (Available October 1 - May 31)
The best way for you to explore our campus and, most importantly, our people, is to experience a shadow day!
A shadow day is a required part of the application process for Grades 1-11. A typical shadow day is 8:15 AM-3:15 PM. Your child will shadow a current student and experience first-hand what a day would be like. He/she will attend class and meet current faculty, staff, and students, as well as enjoy a meal in our cafeteria. Additionally, their screening (Gr. 1-4)/interview (Gr. 5-11) will be completed during this day. Typically, a parent tour is part of the shadow day.
Schedule your shadow day by contacting Wendy Berns in the Office of Admission:
