Students Selected for PMEA District Orchestra
Three students selected for highly competive orchestra.
Three Senior School students were selected for the highly competitive Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 1 Honors String Orchestra Festival that will take place February 4-6. The students selected were Janelle Sands (Grade 12), Hannah McGinley (Grade 12), and Emma Balaan (Grade 11). The auditions for the festival were open to all high school students from Allegheny, Greene, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.
The concert on Friday, February 6, is at the Penn Hills Senior High Auditorium at 7 PM.
