Giving to Sewickley Academy

There are so many ways for you to give back to the school that played an important role in your life. Whether it be through a contribution to the Annual Fund or the Alumni Scholarship Fund, attendance at the Annual Auction, or a gift of time and expertise as a volunteer, your contribution to the Academy is vital to its future strength and success.

Why is alumni giving important to the Academy?

Alumni giving is about preserving a tradition of excellence and leaving a legacy of community.

Every Academy student benefitted from the generosity of others while roaming the halls of SA.  Following graduation, it is the responsibility of every alumnus/na to ensure that tomorrow's students are able to enjoy the same experience.

All gifts, no matter the size, make an impact in the lives of students and in the future of the Academy.

Additionally, alumni participation in annual giving plays a huge role in the perception of the Academy amongst independent schools in our region and across the nation.  The commitment of  alumni to the school, as reflected in annual giving participation, can affect everything from the decision of prospective families to send their children to the school, to the decision of a bank to grant a loan for campus improvements.

The collective effort of the alumni community sustains and strengthens Sewickley Academy's strong tradition of excellence and ensures that this incredible academic opportunity is available for generations to come.

Leave your mark on future of Sewickley Academy and make a real difference in the lives of students today.

Why do you give?

Your Gift Makes a Difference

“The rigor and range of the academics at Sewickley Academy provided me with a framework for learning and communicating. I contribute to the Annual Fund in recognition of the strength of the curriculum and the passionate teachers who bring it to life."
