Get Involved with SA Today!
Become an Alumni Ambassador
Share your Sewickley Academy experience with new and prospective SA families by working with the Admissions staff as an Alumni Ambassador. This new program provides SA alumni with a new way to stay involved with the school no matter how far your travels have taken you from campus. The commitment is minimal and the benefit to the school and its new families is enormous! Your unique perspective as an alum is a wondeful help to new families as they consider their options. For more information on how to become an alumni ambassador, please contact Greta Daniels or Brendan Schneider.
Become a Class Agent
Help rally your classmates for reunions, regional receptions, and other Sewickley Academy events by becoming a Class Agent. Class agents serve as liaisons between the Office of Advancement and your fellow classmates. For more information on how to become an agent for your graduating class, please contact Greta Daniels.
Keep us in the loop!
Have you written a book, participated in a community service project, traveled to a new country, received a promotion, earned a degree, gotten married?
Let us know! Contribute your news by submitting a class note on the alumni home page or in the alumni portal or simply contact Greta Daniels directly. We are always excited to hear about the developments in your life!

Groups on Facebook and LinkedIn.
They are a great way to stay connected with alumni professionally and
socially and to find lost classmates and current/former faculty!
You
can also get up-to-the-minute updates on SA happenings by following the
Director of Alumni Relations, Greta Daniels, on
Twitter.
Alumni Council
The
role of the Alumni Council is to promote ways to keep Academy alumni
interested and involved in the life of the school. The officers of the
Alumni Council are elected each spring. Suzanne Genter Friday '76
currently serves as President and is an ex-officio member of the Board
of Trustees.
The Council meets each month during the school year
to plan activities that bring alumni together, providing networking and
social occasions both on and off campus. The Director of Alumni
Relations reports on activities of the Advancement Office throughout the
year. Alumni events include:
Reunion Weekend
Regional
Receptions
Holiday Reception
Phone-a-thons
Distinguished
Alumni Award
Alumni Senior Luncheon
Arts Hall of Fame
Sports
Hall of Fame
New member recruitment remains essential for the
Alumni Council to remain a visible and integral part of the Academy
community. If you are interested in learning more about the Alumni
Council, please contact the Advancement Office at alumni@sewickley.org or
412-741-2230 ext. 3044.
The schedule of monthly meetings is
available within the alumni portal and all members of the SA alumni
association (in other words, all alumni!) are invited to attend whenever
desired. Please contact Greta Daniels, Director of
Alumni Relations, if you would like to attend a meeting.
