Junior Kate Busatto’s poem “Chicago Quiet Illinois” was one of 60 works selected from among 3,000 submissions for publication in Susquehanna University’s annual literary magazine, The Apprentice Writer.
Grade 8 Student Wins First Place in State Science Competition
Grade 8 student Saarang Mulukutla’s research project, “Wiser with Water: Does Real-Time Feedback Modify Behavior?” recently won first place at the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Sciences (PJAS) state competition.
She loves lacrosse, Pinterest, and anything aqua blue. She wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. She's obsessed with horses - riding them, drawing them, and reading about them.
